Reno Tahoe Comedy presents Mike Winfield from NBC’s The Office at the Pioneer Underground located on 100 South Virginia, St. in Reno, NV. Reno Tahoe Comedy offers a full bar and no drink minimum. Suggested age: 16 and over with parental guidance.

Headlining for the night is comedian Mike E Winfield. Mike is currently appearing as “Wes” (the new warehouse worker) on NBC’s The Office. “Wes” is the newest employee to Dunder Mifflin, who is a cut-up that could care less about a good performance. See Mike as Wes in his next appearance on NBC on November 3, 2011 then come see him live on November 5th! Mike will be signing autographs after each show. He grew up in the inner city of Baltimore, MD. In his years of school, his teachers always selected him as the master of ceremonies despite his shy demeanor. The confidence to be in front of large groups was created. Later he discovered he could share his humor, in the likings of a college speech class in Sacramento, California, unintentionally. He shared speeches daily. There was nothing humorous written within these speeches, but he somehow seemed to entertain students and staff in a comedic fashion, and that’s when he realized he had the gift. The local open mic was once a week on Tuesdays and he never missed a night, often putting other aspects of his life to the side. When you see him, you can’t help but smile along with him and despite a tough road, countless performances have earned him appearances such as HBO Canada’s Funny as Hell, Comedy Central’s Live At Gotham, BET’s Comicview, The Late Show w/ David Letterman, and most recently, the role of Wes (the new warehouse worker) in this season of THE OFFICE on NBC. He’s a clear example of where hard work collides with something special.

Your host is comedian Marc Yaffee. Marc is a gifted writer and performer, delivering original comedy, inspired by his multi-cultural upbringing and Native roots. Marc combines hip, edgy observations with a rapid, one-liner delivery style.
