Olde English Faire.
Sound ye trumpets, shine thine armour, sharpen ye olde sword, lace thy corsets and braid thy long, shining tresses! Gather thy children and challenge their imaginations with tales from ye Middle Ages. The 39th Annual Olde English Faire returns to Wildlife Prairie State Park.

This fundraiser for WPSP pays tribute to the sights, sounds, aromas, speech and activities of the Middle Ages! Come cheer on sword fighters, jousters and archers as they compete in mock battles. Take in the tales, tricks and tunes of roving story tellers, magicians and musicians. Watch the acrobats, musical acts and comedians amongst the flora and fauna of the park.

You can shop with our fine artisans for treasures galore. There will be plenty of hearty food and beverages offered throughout the Park, as well as shaded areas to rest, restroom facilities and free parking.
