Remington College-Shreveport Campus Blood Drive September 19, 2012

Remington College-Shreveport welcomes singer AJ Green to campus for its blood drive on Thursday, September 20. Green is the spokesperson for Remington College’s 3 Lives campaign, a national effort to increase the number of minority blood donors.

Green, who has sickle cell disease, is an accomplished R&B singer who has performed for two presidents and shared the stage with Elton John, Celine Dion and Jennifer Hudson.

The blood drive will be held from 9:30am-2:30pm and 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Green will hold a short concert for blood donors at 12 pm on the Remington College-Shreveport Campus.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the drive and donate blood, which will be used to help people in the Shreveport area.
