The Phoenix Art Museum is one of only three museums in the U.S. to be offering this fabulous exhibit, which features 90 brilliant pieces of 17th-century Dutch paintings, prints and other media. It includes work by Rembrandt, Jan van der Heyden, Gerard Houckgeest, Jacob van Ruisdael and more.
