Reiki Level I Training October 31, 2008

In Reiki Level I training, you will learn about the subtle energy field (chakras, meridians, aura) and the hand placements for self-Reiki (a relaxing form of meditation) and giving sessions to others. A review of how to give Reiki to plants, children, animals and others will be reviewed. Each participant will receive and give a Reiki session.

7.5 contact hours for nurses will be awarded
