The agenda such as it is for the meeting has the following items on it.

Following the recent spate of graffiti attacks in parts of the Lanes and Regency Square, I have asked Sarah Leach, the City Council's Graffiti Officer to come along and tell us about her work and the strategy that she follows. She will also set out who is responsible for clearing up graffiti and what help the Council can provide. She will be happy to answer questions about this.

There will also be a brief presentation from Tom Coady of Sussex Heights, who has set up an email group that we can all sign up to, to keep in touch with each other more readily. He will explain how it works, and how we can sign up.
