Snacks and drinks are on us, all you have to bring is the discussion. Show up early (7:30) to mingle with like-minded designers and developers, learn something new from the presentation (8:00), and then stick around afterwards to continue the conversation (9:00).

Refresh is a community of designers and developers working to refresh the creative, technical and professional aspects of new media endeavors in the South Florida area. Do you feel like the web needs a new look? Interested in the latest web technologies? Care about design, but feel it must be usable? Then you've come to the right place.

We’ll be holding our RefreshMiami meeting tomorrow night at 7:30pm at Books & Books in Coral Gables. We’ll summarize the CommunityNext Viral conference and the Ypulse Mashup 2007 teen marketing conference. We’ll also discuss the “cult of the amateur”, as suggested by Jorge Barroso, and other topics that may come up. All this over a coffee, tea or beer ;)

*Take I-95 South to the first airport exit 112 West
*Go West on 112 to Coral Gables/Le Jeune Road South
*Go South on Le Jeune Road.
*At the light for Aragon Avenue (SW 21st Street), turn left or east.
*Go one block to 265 Aragon Avenue.
To Reach Books & Books from the South:
*Take US 1 heading north to Le Jeune Road.
*Make a left on Le Jeune Road.
*One block past Miracle Mile, make a right on Aragon Avenue (SW 21st Street)
* Books & Books will be on your left.
The Museum Parking Garage is located directly across from the entrance to Books & Books. Park in the garage, bring your ticket with you into the store and get it validated for one hour of free parking.

Hi everyone!
It's time for July refresh! This Wednesday join us at University of
Miami's School of Communication for some good conversation and a fun presentation on ...
Actually, we're looking for a speaker. If you would like present your
idea, services or expertise, please let Bryan or I know by Monday and
we'll reserve the venue and logistics.
If we don't get a speaker by Monday, we'll mix it up at Tarpon Bend instead!
Either way, if you're a designer, a developer, or just someone who is
curious, come out and have a chat with the rest of us.
