We skipped the July meetup due to schedule conflicts and a lot of happenings elsewhere, but Refresh Boston is back for August with a double feature on jQuery, featuring Mr. John Resig himself along with front end developer and jQuery enthusiast Kyle Bradshaw.
John will discuss general use of the jQuery JavaScript library as well as diving into jQuery UI, and Kyle will talk about jQuery best practices while showing off some of his own examples of how jQuery can be used to enhance the user experience on the web.
The kind folks at Betahouse have been nice enough to host us this time around. They're located in Central Square, just a few minutes walk from the T station:
