Congregation Ner Tamid, a young and growing dynamic West Cobb Reform Jewish congregation, is celebrating their sixth High Holy Days as a congregation this year.
Services will be led by Rabbi Thomas P. Liebschutz, D.D., D. Min., and held in borrowed space at Christ Lutheran Church, 176 West Sandtown Rd, Marietta, GA 30064.
Non-member tickets, $72, may be purchased at www.mynertamid.org or by calling 678-264-8575. Reservations are requested as only a limited number of tickets are available. Call to determine availability. Ticket fees may be applied to a membership in Congregation Ner Tamid. Child Care is available at daytime services for a small fee.
Also, Congregation Ner Tamid announces open enrollment for its Religious School programs, which is held at primarily in Acworth. Programs include weekly Religious and Hebrew School for grades Kindergarten through seven and once monthly Preschool.
Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins at sundown on Wednesday evening September 28th. Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, will start with Kol Nidre services at sundown on Friday evening October 7th. Yizkor, the Jewish Memorial Service, will be held Saturday afternoon, October 8th. 4:15pm, and is open to the public without tickets.
A Community Potluck Break Fast is also included after Yom Kippur Concluding Services.

We have a wonderfully energetic, well-run Religious School of over 65 students, a developed B'nai Mitzvah program, regularly scheduled Family Services and Tot Shabbats. Congregation Ner Tamid was formed in May of 2006 to service the needs of north Marietta, Smyrna/Vinings, Dallas, Kennesaw, Acworth and surrounding areas. We are an unaffiliated Reform synagogue focused on forming relationships; those between members of our community and your relationship with your synagogue.
