For those who loved seeing the celebrities play in the All-Star Celebrity Slam Jam, pay attention! This June will account for the summers hottest weekend with the Sixth Annual Reebok Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game! So round up the family for another rollicking, celebrity-filled day of fun when stars get sporty and competitive for a cause Playing Baseball for Kids!
Proceeds will benefit the childrens charities of The Heroes Foundation and The Mike Modano Foundation. Two baseball teams, each made up of 10 celebrity players and 10 amateurs, will play "hard-charging, umpires umping,trash-talking,uniform-wearing, managers managing, base stealing, home run hitting, nine inning, authentic BASEBALL!" The game will feature 60 MPH machine-pitch hardball with much more action and excitement than any sissy celebrity softball game!

Singing the National Anthem will be Willa Ford (of Dancing With The Stars and star of the upcoming movie Anna Nicole Smith). New this year Wade Boggs, Ben Grieve and Mark McLemore will slug it out with the other celebs during the Home Run Derby at 5 p.m.!
Baseball Hall of Famers Rollie Fingers (1974 World Series MVP for the Oakland A’s, and Cy Young Award winner and former American League MVP in 1981with the Milwaukee Brewers) and Wade Boggs (former third baseman for the Boston Red Sox and five-time American League Batting Champion with 12-straight All-Star appearances) will bring their expertise to the game as each team’s manager. Boggs will manage the Black Sox team, with assistant team managers Bennie Bray, Barry Pechenik and John Carlisle. Fingers will manage the opposing Red Sox team together with assistant managers Bob Sambol, Donnie Nelson and Tommy Guilds.
