Redwood Reflections & Connections January 8, 2011

Take the high road to the redwoods with docents Lou Wolner and David Bergman. You'll witness the majesty of redwoods, stately Douglas firs, and the melodies of birds on this 5-mile, moderately-paced hike with impressive vistas of the coast and Half Moon Bay. You'll take time to pause and reflect on the power of these beautiful natural settings and your connection to them. For this activity at Purisima Creek Redwoods Preserve, meet at the Redwood Trail entrance, a small turnout on the west side of Skyline Boulevard, 13.2 miles north of Page Mill Road or 6.5 miles south of Highway 92.
