Redondo Pier Toy Drives Cheer To Children And Donors December 1, 2010

The Redondo Pier Association invites the public to donate a new unwrapped toy valued at $5.00 or more and in return, donors will receive a “Taste of the Pier” savings ticket that can be used at one of the participating pier businesses through December 30, 2010. In exchange for toy donations, BriXton South Bay is offering concert tickets to select shows, Kincaid’s is giving $5.00 off of any menu item (excluding Happy Hour) and Tony’s on the Pier invites supporters to enjoy a free order of their fresh Calamari appetizer, just to name a few. Toy donations will benefit local Redondo Beach charity, Cheer for Children, an all-volunteer organization founded in 1985 to help economically and physically disadvantaged and acutely ill children in the South Bay.
