A modern language improvised adaptation set in Little Rock, Arkansas. Performed by some of Denver's best improvisers.

The Capulets and Montagues are two competing crystal meth makers, making Romeo and Juliet’s love a very dangerous thing. Fueled by Jack Daniels, hatred, and good old-fashioned redneck know-how, this spin on the greatest love story every told is guaranteed to be refreshingly entertaining.

Featuring some of Denver’s best improvisers, including students and instructors of The Yes! Lab, this modern language adaptation will be entirely improvised around the basic plot of the original play. Staying true to the original story outline while improvising within it, these talented comedians bring a new point of view to Romeo and Juliet that is engaging, intriguing, and hilarious.
