Sue Massek is a musician committed to using the music she writes and the songs she sings as tools for social justice. As a member of the Reel World String Band from its beginning in 1977, she has been heavily influenced by the Highland-
er Center, which has provided training for grassroots movements beginning in the 1930′s. It’s there that the spirit and purpose of her music took shape.
