Lonesome Meadow
Lonesome Meadow is a young bluegrass band from Central Ohio. Members include Anne Marie Jackson, 16, she plays the fiddle and mandolin; her brother, Gary Jackson, 12, who plays banjo; and her brother John, 14, who plays guitar. They all sing lead and harmony and Dad plays bass. Lonesome Meadow likes a lot of the older bluegrass tunes and some new stuff too - Bill Monroe, Ralph Stanley, The Country Gentlemen, Alison Krauss, Lonesome River Band, Blue Highway, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver and more.
