America Recycles Day Tour: To celebrate America Recycles Day, Willow Bend will offer a special public tour of the Materials Recovery Facility to show Flagstaff residents the "behind the scenes" of the recycling! Participants are invited to stay after the tour for a recycled art activity and recycle relay
