Recycled Art March 12, 2011

Transform trash into art! Find new and inventive ways for recycling those items you normally throw away. Under the instruction of artist Lisa Kagan, participants will learn how to create sculptures and unique works of art out of recycled materials such as cans, newspapers, containers and other uncommon treasures. Supplies will be obtained from SCRAP, the School and Community Reuse Action Project.
Space at library programs is limited. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
