Recycle Right Contest November 14, 2011

Staff from the recycling section will select one winner from each of the nine Councilmanic Districts. A winning bin will be placed at the curb properly and contain accepted materials. Winners receive small tokens of appreciation along with a certificate signed by DER Director.
