Recovery Happens September 15, 2007

RED BLUFF - The 5th Annual Recovery Happens event will be held between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Red Bluff River Park.
The event is open to the public and will include a free barbecue lunch and speakers, entertainment, music and booths.
