Records Management and eDiscovery Preparedness September 22, 2010

Records management and eDiscovery preparedness is not a one-size fits all proposition. Solutions that may work for a Fortune 500 company likely will not be appropriate for a mid- to smaller-sized company which faces its own, unique challenges when addressing these issues. The development and implementation of records management programs and eDiscovery response plans must take into account these company's more limited budgets and smaller in-house legal and IT/IS departments. This presentation will focus on providing practical, proven advice to help mid- to smaller-sized companies minimize compliance and litigation risks as well as reduces eDiscovery costs.
