The Indian Electronica Festival in NYC with be followed by a CD release/listening party @ the Rubin Museum the next night - on Friday from 6PM - 10PM; which will be an excellent opportunity to personally meet the performers and also pick up a copy of our debut compilation release.

We're launching our record label this summer with 'Indian Electronica /volume 001' - its a 28 track double-disc CD release featuring an array of artists from around the globe that will take you on a musical journey through the past, present and into the future.

Expect to hear the most innovative uses of South Asian instrumentation, vocals and harmonies mashed-up with dubby basslines, ragga vocals, breakbeats, drum'n'bass and more.

* Come join DJs Abdul Smooth and Tito G as they spin an exclusive full play of both discs as well as other rare cuts from our catalog!

Through changing exhibitions and an array of engaging public programs, RMA offers opportunities to explore the artistic legacy of the Himalayan region and to appreciate its place in the context of world cultures.

The RMA collection consists of paintings, sculptures, and textiles. Although works of art range in date over two millennia, most reflect major periods and schools of Himalayan art from the 12th century onward.
