March 3-31, The New Rochelle Council on the Arts is having an exhibition about famous songwriters who lived or worked in New Rochelle called "Music Makers of New Rochelle." A reception for the exhibition, which is being held in the New Rochelle Public Library on Sunday March 18th at 5:30 will feature both live and recorded music and all visitors to the upcoming.org web site are cordially invited to attend free of charge.
