Rebecca Muir Band - Third Thursdays Residency December 15, 2011

It's true! Rebecca Muir's Band will be playing the third Thursday of every month at Perks Coffeehouse for the foreseeable future. (until she gets famous, or exhausted.) In addition, Rebecca will be bringing in (when available) special guests to perform with the band and in between sets.

All in all this is going to be a great series of shows, so mark you calendar for the third Thursday of every month. (Get those 2012 calendars out.)

Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, Rebecca Muir is a rising star. With her first solo EP just released in December (all the proceeds of which will benefit The American Cancer Society and The IWK Children's Hospital), and the recent L.A. shooting of her first music video for her highly anticipated single "Angel Undercover", she has racked up an impressive list of credits, boasting work with Grammy-winning producer George Massenburg and Grammy-winning superstar Linda Ronstadt, a live duet with rocker Steve Winwood, and a performance of the national anthem at Fenway Park.
