Reading Comes Alive With Yoga March 24, 2010

Ages: 3 - 5 with adult.Anasofia Monteblanco, a certified yoga Instructor with Yogi Fun Yoga, will introduce children to basic yoga concepts. Stories, music and yoga postures will be used to enhance participants` physical strength, self-awareness and concentration.
