Raw Food Preparatio Course June 24, 2009

The Raw Food class will be teach by Lisa Paseltiner
Lisa Paseltiner is a licensed esthetician, licensed nail technician, and certified reflexologist. She is certified by Integrated Nutrition as a certified holistic health counselor, by Purchase College, by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and by the Ann Wigmore Institute in living the raw food lifestyle. Lisa did a barter exchange of reflexology and light exercise for the mother of Rhio, author of Hooked on Raw, in exchange for cooking classes from Rhio. She volunteered at the raw food festival and worked with three executive raw food chefs, Bruce Horowitz, Cosmo Meens, and Melissa Davison, and helped to feed 3000 people. She is a certified food chef, levels one and two, from Alissa Cohen.
Lisa offers raw food classes and available certification program.
We are offering several different programs following the Ann Wigmore protocol. Lisa also offers the elimination diet and alkaline urine testing in her health consulting practice. Every time her clients come in for their season, she will test their urine to determine their alkalinity level. She finds this approach helps her clients stay in an alkaline state, important for one’s health.The class is every Wednesday for six week.
