Rare Fourchu lobsters will be back for a limited time at L’Ecole, The Restaurant of The International Culinary Center beginning August 24th. Special menu selections featuring the rare Fourchu lobsters include: o At Lunch: Fourchu Lobster Roll on Homemade Brioche Bun with French Fries and Small Salad o At dinner: Steamed Fourchu Lobster with Drawn Butter, French Fries and Small Salad Limited availability – Fourchu lobsters won’t be available again until next May.
