Special menu selections featuring the rare Fourchu lobsters include: o At Lunch: Fourchu Lobster Roll on Homemade Brioche Bun with French Fries and Small Salad o At dinner: Steamed Fourchu Lobster with Drawn Butter, French Fries and Small Salad Limited availability – Fourchu lobsters won’t be available again until next May.
