Celebrate Mother’s Day with the Rappahannock Choral Society
The Rappahannock Choral Society invites you to come, with your entire family, and celebrate Mother’s Day with our 55-voice community chorus at Courtland High School Auditorium, 6701 Smith Station Road (off Courthouse Road (Rt 208), Spotsylvania, Va.. The concert dates are Saturday, May 7th, at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 8th, at 3:00 p.m. We are under the award-winning artistic direction of Linda Monner, and the incomparable accompaniment of Marilla Haas. There will be something for everyone – from Porgy and Bess to Daddy Sang Bass to Amazing Grace and finishing with the critically acclaimed Music Man by Meredith Wilson. Tickets are $8 for regular admission, $5 for seniors (60+) and children and students attend free. We are in partnership with Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation and Partners in Education with Spotsylvania County Schools. Come and enjoy.
