Rancho Sisquoc Sauvignon Blanc
The unmistakable ripe pear aroma draws you in and the nose is complimented by sugar snap and hints of minerals. The mouth is silky and rich with honeydew and tropical fruits. This delightful wine has a long yet not over-lingering finish accented by sweet mandarin.
Rancho Sisquoc Chardonnay
The sweet aromatics are full of peach, pear, melon and butterscotch. Rich flavors of ripe nectarine, hints of vanilla, pear and cream make this Chardonnay special. All of this lush fruit and full texture is well supported by a firm backbone of acidity and oak. French oak aged for 9 months.
Rancho Sisquoc River Red
The aromas in this bright cherry colored blend are of toasted almond, caramel, toffee and fudge with subtle plum, date and blackberry reduction. The very smooth mouth shows an abundance of black cherry and dried dark fruits with hints of clove that lead to a fruit filled oak flavor on a friendly palate. New American and Hungarian oak aged for 15 months.
Rancho Sisquoc Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark, viscous and deep red in color. The nose is balanced with dark fruits, oak, earth and cola. Hints of black pepper lie in the aromatics along with plum jam. A bold and full mouth house sweet currant, blackberry, vanilla, oak and chocolate. Aged 18 months in French, American and Hungarian oak.
