Please join us for the third of four wine tasting dinners held at Villa Raffaldini in 2009. The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and will feature four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita.

Chef Erik Thomas of Armin's Catering returns to the dinner series with more than 14 years experience in the restaurant business specializing in Italian Cuisine. After graduating from the Culinary Art Institute in 2001, Erik moved to New York City and accepted a position in 2004 for Mario Batali working at Lupa Restaurant.
