Rachanee is a versatile independent singer/songwriter based in Michigan. Her catchy blend of folk/pop/rock music is quickly gaining attention nationwide at various venues and on college, Christian and AAA radio. Rachanee has been compared to "Michelle Branch [and] Christian artist Jennifer Knapp, [with] a voice that can sound like Natalie Merchant" (Noise, Oct. 2003). 'Here with Me' from Rachanee's debut album 'Ordinary Girl' was named Best Contemporary Christian Song for the 2006 Independent Music Awards.
