How does a family cope when it is presented with the challenge of great personal tragedy? This is the question posed by CBMT's production of David Lindsay-Abaire's Pulitzer-prize winning play, Rabbit Hole. Funny, ferocious, heartbreaking and hopeful, Rabbit Hole is a straightforward look at loss and recovery. The New York Times notes that "you never feel as if you have been mauled by a sentimental brute who keeps telling you to go ahead and cry. There's too much honesty, accuracy and humor in the details provided by the play".

Directed by Paul Edwards (Executive Director of Gunnison Arts Center and professor at Western State College), Rabbit Hole also explores the challenges of getting back on track and finding your way through the experience.

Although this play is not suitable for children, it is appropriate for teens and can offer a chance for dialogue in your own families or in our community.
