We’ll cover elements of Flamenco Dance for men and women:
Brazeo: movement of the arms and upper body – great for ballroom dancers who want to add drama to their Latin routines!
Zapateado: footwork
Compas: the rhythmic underpinnings of Flamenco
…and the “secret” structural path toward improvisation
These elements will pull together into a short choreography.

Shoes with a stable heel and secure strap across the instep are required. Character shoes are ideal. An ankle boot or even cowboy boots will work. No trainers, flip flops or bare feet! A full skirt for women is optional.
