“A dynamite clash – Funk vs. Latin”
After the success of the Mama Feel Good! James Brown tribute in January, the Mama Feel Good! collective is back with another event. In June we are bringing you a sizzling summer party –- QuePasa! will be a funk vs. Latin celebration at The Hare & Hounds in Kings Heath!
Que Pasa! Will feature a dynamite fusion of Afro Cuban rhythms and caposhi Funk, zesty Bossa Nova and Latin-Jazz-Funk provided by renowned Latin lovers; DJs Magoo and 2Tone and notorious Funk honeys; Bobbalin’ Hot and Sister 45.
QuePasa! Will be a funk and Latin sound clash with the help of an exceptional Latin/Funk jam band playing an array of funky Brazilian and Latin treats.
The dance floor will be blistering with a capoeira crew performing in a blazing Roda, we welcome Salsa, flamenco and meringue dancers but warn them to look out for bursting piñatas above the dance floor!
