P’zazz Children’s Choir and Dynamix Singers perform songs from Tony-Award winningBroadway shows in Best of Broadway at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 13 at the BroomfieldAuditorium, 3 Community Park Road in Broomfield. Tickets are $15 adults and $10 for seniors, students 12 and under and military. Reserve tickets by calling 720-887-2371 or purchase at the door.

Best of Broadway includes songs from Kiss Me Kate, Spamalot, The Music Man, Spring Awakening, Cats, Phantom of the Opera, A Chorus Line, Bye-Bye Birdie, Hairspray and medleys from In the Heights and The Lion King.

The accompaniment is provided by After Midnight Jazz Band directed by Roger Campbell with Marsha Prokuski on piano. The show is choreographed by dancer/singer/actress Janelle Orsborn who was recently seen in the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse' production of "Bye, Bye Birdie."

Jeannie Card taught in the Boulder Schools for 23 years and is the current director of P’zazz Children’s Choir and Dynamix Singers. Both groups have sung extensively in the Boulder-Denver area. Mrs. Card’s greatest rewards and fun come from teaching children how to sing and perform with high energy and expression!
