All Day Music Fest at Wild Spirits

NEW YORK, NY, February 15, 2006 ? Free Under Constant Threat is primed to bring down the house at Wild Spirits (1st ave btwn 95th & 96th) on February 25, 2006. The band, whose hits include "Rain Slick Fire" and "Summer's Gone," says that their goal is to give the crowd an unforgettable experience.

"There's nothing like a NYC crowd," says bassist Scayne Struzzi. "The crowd definitely feels the energy that we put out. It's a really pleasing, and vaguely sexual relationship."

The band, whose other members include drummer Mike Wilson and vocalist Tony Long, says that their sound is an amalgam of their diverse music backgrounds-echoing bands such as A.F.I., Thursday, and Thrice.

"Our influences are extremely diverse," says vocalist Tony Long, "which gives us a sound that harkens back to underground punk, without conforming to its rules."

Free Under Constant Threat's debut performance at Wild Spirits takes place on February 25th at 8:00 pm. For more information, visit www.myspace.com/freeunderconstantthreat.
