Pumpkin Patch & Halloween Parade October 24, 2010

The 17th Annual Pumpkin Patch will be Sunday, October 24 from 1-4 p.m. at The Community House in Birmingham. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon featuring spooktacular games, fantastic crafts and free raffles. Instead of candy, healthier and delicious refreshments will be provided by the Junior League of Birmingham (JLB). All attendees are encouraged to wear costumes. Activities will include bounce houses, face painting, pumpkin bowling, an apple relay and a make-your-own-trail mix station. Baldwin Library will provide a non-scary story time, followed by a performance by TCH Dance Academy and a magic show.The Pumpkin Patch event is hosted by the JLB and The Community House. All the events are free!

Stick around to march in the 74th annual Birmingham Halloween Parade sponsored by the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber at 4pm at the corner of Bates and Martin near Shain Park. Seasonal snacks provided immediately following the parade.
