Have a spooktacular time at the Downtown Organization of Retailers' annual Halloween festival, the Pumpkin Party in the Park! Family-friendly fun geared toward the kids including costume contests begins at dark. Stay for the PG-rated Movie Under the Stars starring very special magical creepy-crawlies. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs or blanket and pocket money for the movie, snacks, and popcorn!
