Panelists include entertainment attorney Yocel Alonso, ASCAP Latino representative Velia Gonzalez and Latin GRAMMY® winner Michael Salgado. Broadcaster, motivational speaker and writer, Sonny Melendrez, will serve as the moderator. Also in attendance, Recording Academy and Latin Recording Academy members and music industry professionals.

WHAT:
Pulso De La Musica Latina 2009: Creating Opportunities In Uncertain Times will spark in-depth discussions focusing on alternative ways to the create opportunities in the music industry during uncertain economic times. Panelists will share their experiences and ideas. Member admission is complimentary and non-members can attend for $30 or join The Recording Academy® prior to this event for $100 (membership through June 2010) and receive complimentary admission.
Meet the GRAMMY®s is an informal meet and greet for musicians and music industry professionals to learn about the benefits of joining The Recording Academy and The Latin Recording Academy®, the organization's mission and the Awards process. Admission for Meet the GRAMMYs is free and open to music industry professionals.

Music industry mixer will follow immediately at the St. Anthony hotel lobby bar. The mixer is free for Recording Academy, Latin Recording Academy members and attendees of Pulso de la Musica Latina.
