'The Suffering Of Change'
'gyur ba'i sdug bsngal'
Everything in our lives is impermanent. Nothing ever stays the same. If we try to hang onto or fix things, it doesn't work - they change anyway and we feel even worse for having tried and failed. This is the 'suffering of change' referred to over and again in the teachings of the Buddha. His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche is one of the highest Lamas in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and holder of the Dzogchen lineage. In this talk he shows us that there is a way out of the stress of constant change and that the answer can be found in our own mind.
