LIVING WITH LUNG CANCER
It is a little-known fact that lung cancer kills more people than any other cancer combined. In Malaysia, lung cancer is the most common cancer found in males aged 50 and above, and 95% of lung cancer patients die within five years of diagnosis. Although nearly 90% of lung cancer is smoking-related, smoking is not the sole cause.
So, what are the contributory factors to lung cancer? Can lung cancer be cured and how do doctors treat it? What are the symptoms? What are your risks? How do you prevent this dreadful disease?
Come and listen to Dr John S. H. Low, Consultant Oncologist at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur answer all these question and more in Living with Lung Cancer.
