Guest speaker: Amb. Anthony C.E. Quainton. "Public Diplomacy in the Age of Terrorism." Amb. Quainton combines the perspectives of a hands-on diplomatic practitioner -- including responsibility for diplomatic security -- with the analytical eye of an academic observer. Quainton is currently Distinguished Diplomat in Residence at American University in Washington, D.C., where he has lectured since 2003. Reservations ($25.00), by 7 March 2008.
