This Cinco de Mayo, while there's plenty of drinking to be done, but before you get into that, make sure to line your stomach with the highly anticipated Mex Fest--a food truck festival event on The Seaport. The absolute best food trucks in the city will represent their cuisine, serving up their best dishes in one of the most popular landmarks in Manhattan while also infusing a south-of-the-border element to one of their dishes.
