AIMCO is the largest operator of apartment buildings in the country, with assets worth almost $8 billion. They have a nationwide record of negligence and violations of tenant rights.

AIMCO’s subsidiary, Northpoint Properties, wants to evict Carol Vialdores and her three daughters from their home. Join Carol, neighbors, and activists to demand respect and repairs to long-standing problems in the building, and STOP THE EVICTIONS!

Last year, HUD intervened on behalf of another Northpoint resident, Erica Bledsoe, whose family was also facing eviction. We’re asking HUD to investigate AIMCO/Northpoint and continue defending the human right to housing.
