March 21 is the 6th anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. HUGE protest on March 21, at 11 am, in San Francisco, at the Justin Herman Plaza (Embarcadero).
The main slogan will be: Occupation is a Crime. Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine. Budget cuts in education and healthcare will also be an issue.
About 10,000 people marched at the protest we had on January 10, 2009. Let us make this protest even more huge. Tell everyone! Print the attached flyer and spread!
There will be simultaneous protests on same day in all major cities of the U.S. This March & Rally will be a CRITICAL opportunity to make the new administration in Washington hear our voice.
We will meet at Justin Herman Plaza. Then we will march to the Civic Center. Carpools and buses available. Contact:
