Formed in 2004, Prom Band is a Chicago based, American-themed, hard rock/cover band best known for its high-energy live performances, which infuse Top 40 pop songs from 1970s to the present with heavy metal guitar solos, aggressive rapping, and their famed "Tambourine Man" (Ron Neurauter) who can be seen shattering multiple tambourines a year on stage. Ironically, Prom Band has never actually played for a prom to this day.
