Project Ploughshares is hosting a meeting for all groups and individuals to discuss the proposed creation of the Calgary Centre for Global Community- museum and visitors centre, conference centre and connections centre for the social justice community.
Dr. Arthur Clark will share his vision for a new centre in Calgary that will foster active, responsible, well-informed local and global citizenship.
Imagine if there was a facility in Calgary that could provide the needs for all our social justice community. What would it look like, how would it run, what programs or resources would be a part of it? This meeting will be an opportunity to explore our imagination for the creation of a new resource centre that would make our work more successful and effective.
Open your mind and imagine the possibilities. Dr. Clark (from the Parhad programmes and the faculty of Medicine) will share is vision and architectural designs for a new building to house this project.
Everyone is welcome. Please pass this along to your contacts.
