Description
With this training, you will be able to:
-Understand the fundamental concepts of project management.
-Understand the five project management process groups, and know how to manage projects throughout the project life cycle.
-Understand the nine project management knowledge areas.
-Understand the inputs, tools & techniques, and outputs of the 42 project management processes.
-Create a project management plan based on a project charter and input from stakeholders.
-Manage a project team to execute the project management plan, and know how to deal with changes.
-Effectively manage project documentation, including lessons learned throughout the project.
-Understand how to properly close a project or project phase.
-Understand how professional responsibility drives ethical behavior.
