Project Management Evening Certificate Program January 29, 2008

Our course concentrates on Real-World project management or in other words, what do PMs really need to do to have successful projects in any industry, size of organization, regulatory environment, etc. We concentrate on tailoring of the vast array or processes that may lead one to project success, rather than any rote formula. We do provide PMP Exam study advice, review of your application content, and point out areas to practice.

Ours is NOT strictly a PMP Prep course, which by nature are all focused on the PMBOK and related materials. Our course is rather focused on your learning from not only the material, but the instructor and as importantly the other attendees, who generally bring a wealth of information, experience, skills, and best practices to the room, as well as significant networking opportunities. The course does provide more than the 35-contact hours required to sit for the PMP Exam and is not tied to taking the exam, that takes place on a PC at Austin or other ProMetric test centers.
