MAYOR NEWSOM TO HOLD PROJECT HOMELESS CONNECT #10
What: As part of Mayor Newsom?s 10-year plan to end chronic homelessness, the City is engaged in an unprecedented drive to end chronic homelessness with a bi-monthly, one day event called Project Homeless Connect.
Who: With the help of over 13,000 volunteers, this program has connected over 10,000 of San Francisco?s homeless to vital medical, legal, social and employment services, with the goal of helping them attain permanent housing and long-term self-sufficiency.
