This course teaches the students how to create and track documents on a construction project. RFI Logs, PMR Logs, REA Logs, CO Logs, Correspondence Logs, Certified Payroll Reports and Inspection Reports and Logs are just some of the Administrative tasks today’s industry demands of the project manager. Management by Objective, and Management by Exception will be discussed. Information required in Subcontract Agreements and their negotiations, as well as Change Order identification, and Presentation and Negotiation will be covered. What information should be included in Daily Reports and how to properly prepare a Daily Report and the other documents required to manage a project will be covered in this course.
